Frequently Asked Questions

What kind of tickets are available?

There are both in-person and virtual tickets available for purchase. In-person tickets are extremely limited.

Where is the conference located?

The conference will take place at 6 Eliza Street. Beacon, NY

Is lunch included?

Lunch is not included with your ticket. We will break for a light lunch and there are plenty of options within close walking distance.

Is there free parking?

Yes, free parking is available behind the venue.

How will we connect with a virtual ticket?

We are currently planning to use Zoom to create an intimate and dynamic virtual conference experience. If anything changes, we will update you.

Where should I stay?

We cannot vouch for any specific places to stay. Beacon has a lot of privately owned places to stay including bed and breakfasts. The neighboring town (Fishkill) has plenty of well-known chain hotel options and is a quick 10-minute drive.

Do you suggest any airports?

The airports, in order of closeness, are as follows:

1. Stewart International

2. Westchester County Airport

3-5. (Fairly equal in distance) Newark, John F. Kennedy, and LaGuardia

Should I rent a car?

Renting a car might be a good idea if you prefer that option. There is ample parking which is different from New York City. Uber and Lyft are also widely available.

Can I change or refund my ticket?

Refunds are not available for tickets. We may be able to change a virtual ticket to an in-person ticket if the difference is paid according to the current ticket price and if there are any left. In-person tickets may be exchanged for a virtual ticket, and there will not be a refund for the price difference. This is to ensure we make the proper number of in-person tickets available. There is no guarantee that this accommodation can be made to change the ticket type. We are not currently offering refunds for any reason. You may transfer ownership of your ticket should a situation arise where you are no longer able to attend.
